This course, led by Dr. Karissa Doster-Hoffman is designed for Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) who aspire to

become authentic, inspirational leaders in the field. Grounded in a

decolonized approach, this course equips aspiring social work supervisors with the skills to mentor and guide ALL social workers while fostering self-awareness, empathy, and purpose-driven leadership.

1. I have been fully licensed as an LCSW for at least 2 years

2. I am within 3 months of reaching 2 years of full licensure

3. I am already an LCSW with the -S designation.
